PROJECT SEQUENCE START to FINISH

  • SITE VISIT – Visit and walk the site, take photographs, meet with Owner to learn about his vision for the project, obtain boundary and base maps
  • PRELIMINARY MASTER PLANNING – come up with a Master Plan that best merges the Owner’s vision and the site topography. Rarely achieved in the first attempt, multiple revisions are normal. Depending on the size of the project, may work closely with a Master Planning company
  • COMPLETE PHASE I DESIGN DRAWINGS
  • COMPLETE PHASE II PRELIMINARY DESIGN DRAWINGS
  • COMPLETE PHASE III CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
  • BIDDING PROCESS BY APPROVED CONTRACTORS
